This is an invitation into a gentle space of remembering.
At the heart of my work is Kundalini meditation practice, it's a body-led, nervous-system-aware approach that supports reconnection, release, and presence.
I currently offer one-to-one and group sessions, held both online and in person. Each session is guided with care and attunement, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
As my own learning and experience continues to grow, the work offered here will unfold alongside it — always rooted in listening, integrity, and embodiment.
