This is an invitation into a gentle, body-led space of remembering.

At the heart of my work is Kundalini facilitation - a nervous-system-aware, body-led practice that supports reconnection, release, and presence.

Sessions are held with care, attunement, and deep respect for your own inner wisdom. Kundalini is met slowly here, allowing what arises to be integrated gently into everyday life, rather than pushed or forced.

This work is currently offered as one-to-one and small group sessions, online and in person.

In-person sessions are currently offered in Manchester, UK and Lanzarote, with online sessions available worldwide.

What is Kundalini

Kundalini is a natural life-force energy that exists within all of us. When supported gently, it can begin to move through the body in ways that help release stored tension, emotion, and patterns held beneath conscious awareness.

This movement can be subtle or expressive. Some people experience sensations, emotions, spontaneous movement, shaking, or a sense of deep stillness. Others may simply feel calmer, clearer, or more connected.

There is no “right” experience.
Each body responds in its own way.

How I work

My role is not to make anything happen, but to create a space where your system feels safe enough to soften.

Sessions are guided with nervous-system awareness, clear boundaries, and deep respect for what arises. I stay present throughout, supporting the process and gently guiding the energy if and when it begins to move.

Kundalini isn’t something that’s directed or controlled.

The body knows how to unfold in its own way. I’m here to offer a safe, held environment where that process can happen gently and with care.

What to expect in a session

Each session begins with a gentle arrival.

I’ll introduce myself, share a little about the practice, and outline what the session may involve, so you can settle in with clarity and ease. There’s space to ask questions before we begin.

From there, you’re guided into a short meditation to help the body soften and relax. Everyone lies down comfortably. Movement is welcome if it’s needed, though you’re invited to keep your eyes closed and turn inward.

Music then carries the session. The sound supports an inner journey, while I hold the space with care and attunement. In in-person sessions, light, consensual touch may be offered where appropriate and agreed to beforehand. At times, light language may arise naturally as part of the holding.

You are always welcome to rest, pause, or ask for support at any point.

The session lasts around an hour. We then take time to gently return and, if you wish, share a little of what was experienced.

Nothing is expected. Each experience is unique, guided by the body’s own intelligence and met with care.

Whats unfolding

At present, my sessions focus solely on Kundalini facilitation.

Over time, this space will expand to include other supportive practices such as inner child work and EFT tapping - always offered with the same gentleness, care, and respect for the body’s timing.

What’s shared here will continue to grow alongside my own learning and experience.
