This is an invitation into a gentle space of remembering.

At the heart of my work is Kundalini meditation practice; a body-led, nervous-system-aware approach that supports reconnection, release, and presence.

The work is guided with care and attunement, meeting what arises at its own pace and allowing space for safety, grounding, and integration.

As my own learning and experience continues to grow, what is offered here will unfold alongside it, held with care, clarity, and deep respect for your inner authority.

Ways we can work together

I offer one-to-one and group spaces, held online and in person.

These sessions create room to reconnect with the body, to listen inward, and to gently meet whatever is present.
